Free shipping on every order, careful packaging, and protection from the moment your piece leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.

Every TorqueLove order ships free. Each piece is wrapped by hand, packed to protect, and covered against loss or damage in transit — so the only surprise is how good it looks in person.

01Free shipping on all orders

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders over $80 also qualify for our priority handling at no extra cost. There are no hidden carrier fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

02Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because each piece is inspected by hand before it ships, occasional made-to-order or engraved items may take a little longer — we'll always let you know by email if that's the case.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders begin the next business day.

03Delivery estimates

  • Domestic. Typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • International. Typically 7–18 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with customs and local carriers.
  • Duties & taxes. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are determined by your country and may be collected on delivery.

04Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also follow your order any time from your order history. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

05Shipping protection

Every order is protected in transit at no additional cost. From the moment your package leaves us until it's marked delivered, it's covered against loss and damage that occur during shipping. If a covered issue arises, we'll replace your item or issue a refund — your choice — once the claim is confirmed.

Packages lost in transit or damaged on the journey to you. Simply contact us and we'll take care of the rest.

06Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. For packages that arrive damaged, email support@thetorquelove.com with photos of the item and the packaging so we can resolve it quickly. We're glad to help reship or refund covered orders once the claim is verified.
