Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order, or from the date your shipping status is marked complete. Once 14 days have passed without contacting us, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

The window opens the day your product arrives, or the day we email you to confirm your shipment is complete. To start any return or exchange, reach out to support@thetorquelove.com within those 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed without that note, we can't process a refund or exchange.

02General policy

At TorqueLove we take pride in our high-quality products. If you encounter any issue with your order — such as a defective or damaged item — please contact us immediately at support@thetorquelove.com before returning anything. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted, so reaching out first is the fastest path to a resolution.

03Eligibility for refunds or exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items. Email support@thetorquelove.com with photos and a short description of the issue. We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or a refund without requiring a return, unless we tell you otherwise.
  • Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, custom orders and any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be defective.

04Refund process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund is processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for it to appear on your account. If a return is authorized and required, any associated shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we decide otherwise.

05Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items confirmed to be defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed, contact us at support@thetorquelove.com and we'll guide you through the process step by step, providing specific instructions if a return is necessary.

06An important note on returns

Please do not send any product back without first receiving explicit return instructions from our support team. All returns must be authorized by us to ensure proper handling and to avoid unnecessary shipping costs or complications.
