Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of having received the product or shipping status being completed (email will be provided by us). If more than 14 days have passed with having not informed us at our support@thetorquelove.com email, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

General Policy
At TorqueLove, we take pride in our high-quality products. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@thetorquelove.com before returning anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, custom orders, and items marked as “final sale,” returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is proven to be defective.

Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your account. If a return is authorized and required, any associated shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we decide otherwise.
